Laurie has been with Chrysalis since 1999.
Laurie didn't realize the full scope of the journey she started when she first took a college job as a caregiver; that was almost 25 years ago, and she hasn't looked back. She has a passion for helping others achieve their life goals, to see their progress, and to know that she may have played a part in a person's success.
Before coming to Chrysalis in 1999, Laurie worked for a Utah and California Disability agency as the Region Administrator and Vice President of Operations with oversight of multiple Intermediate Care Facilities, Supportive Living and Community Care homes. In 1999, Laurie joined the Chrysalis Team as an Area Director in Park City, later working as the Area Director in Ogden, Logan, and now Salt Lake City. Laurie has been instrumental in the growth and overseeing two company acquisitions in 2008 and 2016. She is proud to be a part of the Summit and Wasatch Community Council where she works alongside many other collaborating agencies which offer education and awareness of local opportunities such as services and employment for people with disabilities.
Laurie holds a Bachelors Degree in Business and Finance and a Masters of Business Administration. In her leisure, Laurie spends most of her free time with her Husband, her two grown children and three grandchildren. She enjoys vacationing, being outdoors, hiking, riding ATV's, the music scene, and catching a University of Utah football game whenever possible.
