Chris Hansen - Human Resources Director

Chris has been with Chrysalis since 1995.

Chris has served in a number of Chrysalis positions including Direct Support Staff, House Manager, Human Resources Manager and currently as Human Resources Director. Chris holds a Bachelors in Business Administration and is also credentialed as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Chris is very involved in the Human Resources community and is currently the President Elect of the Human Resources Association of Central Utah. Chris also serves on the MATC Business Advisory board as well as the Spanish Fork City Compensation Committee. Chris is involved in the Boy Scouts of America and is currently a Scout Master.

Chris is a recipient of the Utah Governor's Golden Key Award and is a recipient of the Ila Marie Goodey Award for his work in preparing a in-depth Emergency Preparedness Plan for Chrysalis clients.

In addition to his HR responsibilities Chris oversees Chrysalis' emergency preparedness plan which was developed to keep the individuals at Chrysalis safe in the event of a natural disaster. Chris was instrumental in getting all Chrysalis administrators licensed to operate HAM radios. Chris is also a volunteer for the Utah County Amateur Radio Emergency Service.

Chris is married and has 3 boys. Chris loves spending time with his family. He enjoys doing outdoor activities, traveling, camping, hunting, geo caching, and ham radio.
